Aftercare at Langley
Families who are able, are asked to donate $150/month (or an amount that is affordable for your family) for each student enrolled in aftercare. These funds are used to pay for the additional staff from Flex Academy to ensure maximum aftercare coverage for families at Langley.

Why Am I Being Asked to Donate To Support Aftercare?
There were 185 families who requested aftercare at Langley this year, but only 100 "free" spots were allocated to Langley by OSTP. We did not want to leave 45% of families without aftercare.
The PTO contracted with Flex Academy to bring in 3 additional aftercare teachers and help close this gap as much as we could. We are excited that there are now 176 total spots in Langley Aftercare with this new support.

Your donation of $150/month to the PTO will pay for the partnership with Flex that has ensured a majority of students who were on the waitlist can now access aftercare.
